"The Crew Builds Motor a Play Space" is the second segment of the first episode in Season 2 of Rubble & Crew.
Summary
The Bark Yard safety inspection is today, but Motor may go boom and could cost the crew a gold safety star.

Synopsis
Rubble & Crew are cleaning up the Bark Yard by putting away any leftover magnets and springs into crates for the upcoming inspection from Inspector Inez. However, just after the pups finish getting the yard nice and tidy, Motor comes out to play, smashing various objects with her sledgehammer, and creates a mess. Wheeler worries her constant smashing will jeopardize the inspection, so Rubble calls Coach Karima, a resident who recently moved in to Builder Cove, to keep Motor occupied with less destructive games while the rest of pups keep the yard clean. After she arrives, she tries playing easy-to-clean up games using balloons and balls with Motor, who is unable to resist smashing them in the end with her sledgehammer, creating additional messes for the pups to pick up. Karima tries one more game and repeatedly stacks blocks of wood for Motor to smash until she accidentally mistakes the crates full of springs and magnets the pups sorted earlier as part of the game, smashing them and creating a huge mess in the Bark Yard.
Motor apologizes to the pups and declares to never smash again, prompting Wheeler to approach and reassure her, though he wishes her destructive behavior wasn't so messy. Fortunately, after seeing a spring attach itself to a magnet Rubble is carrying, Mix comes up with a construction solution to build Motor a play space that can clean itself up using the springs and magnets. The pups then quickly get to work and build the play space, which, after being smashed by Motor, puts itself back together just before Inspector Inez arrives at the entrance of the Bark Yard.
While Coach Karima stays with Motor, Rubble & Crew rush over and formally welcome Inspector Inez for the inspection. She thoroughly observes every inch of the yard from the Crane Tower to the Mega Mixer and the Saw Station, giving each area a check mark for safety. However, just as she is about to conclude her inspection, she hears and stumbles upon Motor's mess, watching it clean itself up. Impressed, Inez declares the Bark Yard to be the cleanest, safest, and most creative construction yard she's ever seen and gives Wheeler a gold star. The pups, along with Coach Karima and Inspector Inez, celebrate another job well done with a "Wiggle and Wag" before Motor smashes the play space again, sharing a laugh after it rebuilds itself.
