"The Crew Builds a Car Wash" is the first segment of the 5th episode in Season 1 of Rubble & Crew.
Summary
Mayor Greatway needs her muddy motorcycle cleaned fast, so Wheeler and the pups jump into action to build a solution before the big race.

Synopsis
After the crew finish a construction project outside Grocer Gabriel's store, Mayor Greatway drives by, wanting to participate in the Vroom-Vroom Road Race. Speed Meister appears shortly after and declares that he will win the race before speeding off, worrying the Mayor, who decides to practice once more. Unfortunately, Speed Meister overhears and creates a mud puddle in the middle of the road that the Mayor is unable to avoid, getting mud in her motorcycle's engine and preventing it from starting. Fortunately, Wheeler gets the idea to build a car wash so Mayor Greatway can clean her motorcycle and the crew return to the Bark Yard for supplies.
Once Wheeler's truck is loaded with the supplies, the crew return to Builder Cove and build a car wash. After Wheeler and Mix add water and soap to the car wash's super soap tank, Speed Meister reappears and drains the soap, replacing it with mud and cement. Unaware, Mayor Greatway and the pups send her motorcycle into the car wash where it comes out, solidified in cement. The crew try to figure out what went wrong until Charger sniffs out Speed Meister's leftover supplies, revealing him as the culprit.
Thankfully, the crew fix the problem by building an even bigger, more powerful car wash. Once the super car wash is finished, Mayor Greatway sends her motorcycle inside again and it comes out completely spotless.
With her bike now clean, Mayor Greatway enters the race just as it starts and the pups cheer her on. Speed Meister tries to ruin her engine again with the same puddle from earlier, but she jumps over it and takes first place, winning the trophy.
