"The Crew Builds a Castle Show" is the second segment of the 1st episode in Season 4 of Rubble & Crew.
Summary
Park Ranger Rose and Rosie the goat are putting on a show! But when Rosie disappears, can the pups find her before showtime?

Synopsis
In the library treasure tunnels, after building additional book shelves, the pups help Café Carl place new books onto them until Mix comes across one that tells the story of Rapunzel. While discussing the book, the pups are suddenly interrupted by the sound of Park Ranger Rose and Rosie singing opera together outside the tunnels.
After learning of Park Ranger Rose's dream to sing in front of an audience, Rubble & Crew decide to make her dream a reality by setting up a show for her and Rosie to perform in. However, right after several citizens from town arrive for the show, Rosie suddenly goes missing. Rubble, Wheeler and Mix set out to find her while a nervous Charger stays behind to entertain the audience in the meantime with his stand-up comedy.
Soon, the pups find Rosie singing on top of the Popcorn Cat Café and follow her all throughout town from the firefighter training center to the treehouse playground. After she returns to the café again, Mix gets an idea to lure her down with food, which prompts Rubble to go through his snack stash and load them into his scoop. Rosie sniffs the food before hopping into his scoop to chow down, and the pups bring her back to the stage to reunite with Park Ranger Rose. Unfortunately, just as the pups are about to start the show, Rosie disappears again and is shortly found singing high up on the stage. Fortunately, while lamenting their situation, Charger accidentally gives Mix the idea to make an opera about someone climbing something, similar to the story of Rapunzel, thus giving the pups the construction solution to build a castle set for the show.
With that, the pups quickly get to work and build a castle show while singing Bounce and Build to entertain the audience. Once the set is finished, the show finally commences with Park Ranger Rose starring as "Rose-punzel", singing alongside Rosie and the pups. After the show ends, the audience applauds while Rose thanks the pups, as well as Rosie, for making her dream come true. Rosie climbs to the top of the stage to sing again before hopping back down to cuddle with Rose in her lap.
