"The Crew Builds a Fountain Show" is the first segment of the 23rd episode in Season 1 of Rubble & Crew.
Summary
When Sierra Sparkle's big concert stage needs some extra sparkle, Rubble & Crew use a construction complication to make a big splash.

Synopsis
Out in the Bark Yard, near the doghouses, Charger recites Sierra Sparkle's newest song, "Enjoy The Ride", to the pups. Shortly after, the crew receive a call on the Bark Screen from Grocer Gabriel, who asks, on Sierra's behalf, if the pups can create a special stage for her upcoming performance, which the crew accept. After Mix uses her artistic abilities to design the blueprint of the special stage, the pups load up on supplies and head over to the stage in Builder Cove.
As the pups hop out of their vehicles, Grocer Gabriel reappears and, after seeing what the pups have planned, calls Sierra Sparkle to show her Mix's design for her special stage. Sierra expresses her delight and thanks the pups before they get to work on the stage. While Wheeler and Charger finish setting up the scaffolds, Rubble digs holes for the lights. However, he digs too deep, causing water to spew out from underground. Using the plumbing supplies from Wheeler's truck, the crew seal all of the holes the water spouts out from with pipes.
Though the water situation is now resolved, the pups are unable to resume their project due to the water ruining their building supplies. Upset, Mix sulks over the failure of her big makeover project until Charger, who sings Sierra Sparkle's song again, unintentionally gives her a construction solution, in which the pups use the water and lights for a fountain show as an alternative for the special stage.
With Sierra Sparkle already on her way, the crew quickly get to work and finishing installing the rest of the lights and blasters onto the pipes for the show. However, before they can test to see if everything works, Sierra Sparkle and a crowd of energetic fans gather around the stage for the concert. Nervous, Mix powers on the fountain show, which she is pleasantly surprised to see work without any issues, as Sierra Sparkle sings. Sierra then invites Charger on stage, and the two of them dance together while Mix operates the fountain show until the song ends. Afterwards, as the crowd cheer, the rest of the crew join Sierra Sparkle and Charger on stage in a puppy pile, sharing a laugh together.
