"The Crew Builds a Parking Garage" is the first segment of the 25th episode in Season 1 of Rubble & Crew.
Summary
Café Carl's new ice cream machine brings lots of cars to Builder Cove with nowhere to park; sounds like a job for Rubble & Crew.

Synopsis
In Builder Cove, Rubble & Crew make their way over to Cafe Carl's ice cream shop to see his latest machine: the Super Sundae Scooper. After they watch it create a perfect sundae, River arrives and takes a picture of it before setting out on their skateboard to spread the news and picture of the machine to everyone in Builder Cove, as well as people outside of it in a few other towns.
As Rubble & Crew are just about to take their leave, the town is quickly jammed with traffic due to large amounts of people River informed on Cafe Carl's new machine. To remedy this issue, the crew agree to build a parking lot in the area, but without harming any trees due to their policy of never knocking down any trees. However, because of this policy, the crew are only able to create a few parking spaces next to the ice cream shop, which quickly fill up and barely lessen the increasing traffic.
As the pups ponder a way to resolve the situation, Charger accidentally activates the Super Sundae Scooper while sulking, giving Mix a construction solution to create something similar to the machine: a parking garage. With all pups on board with the idea, Rubble calls Auntie Crane, who later arrives and drops off their supplies. The pups then quickly get to work and build a tall, rotating parking garage atop of their parking lot, which now has additional parking spaces for bikers as well as walking space for pedestrians.
Once the pups finish, Juniper uses her crossing guard skills to assist the customers into the parking garage one car at a time, allowing everyone to get ice cream without clogging the town with traffic. As a way of saying thanks, Cafe Carl uses the Super Sundae Scooper to create each of the pups their own bowl of Kibble Krunch ice cream. Afterwards, Rubble & Crew, as well as Carl, celebrate with a "Wiggle and Wag".
