"The Crew Builds a School" is the first segment of the 15th episode in Season 1 of Rubble & Crew.

Synopsis
Out in the Bark Yard, Mix and Motor are painting portraits of themselves until Mayor Greatway, along with Mr. Ducky Doo, pulls up on her bike. As she asks for their help building a school, which she forgot to have built before the first day of classes, she admires Mix's painting and suggests that she teach an art class, in which Mix accepts and ponders what to teach.
After Auntie Crane loads Wheeler's truck with construction supplies, Mayor Greatway requests Juniper to keep the kids from crossing the street until the pups, who are heading over to an empty lot, finish building the school. While Rubble is digging, Mix contemplates what she should teach for her art class until Rubble hits an underground stream, causing water to spout from their construction hole. To fix the problem, Rubble, Charger, and Motor grab the hose from Mix's Mixing Truck and place it in the hole so she can pump the water out into Wheeler's truck. However, just as she hits the button to do so, a family of ducks, who mistake the hole as a duck pond, wade around in the pool, thinking it is their new home. Mayor Greatway then arrives to check the crew's progress, but after learning of the situation, she returns to Juniper to let her know that the pups will need more time to build the school.
While Juniper keeps the kids busy by dancing, Mix comes up with a construction solution to build the school around the duck pond, allowing the ducks to keep their new home and the kids to have their school. Once the pups finish their construction job, Juniper, after being alerted of the school's completion from Mayor Greatway, brings the kids to the new school. Though they are impressed and love the new duck pond and school, Mix is upset as she is still unable to figure out what to teach her class. Fortunately, after seeing Motor smile while playing with some paint, she finally gets an idea and lets her class finger paint ducks on the outside wall of the school. After Mayor Greatway admires the painting and thanks the pups for their work, the crew, alongside Mr. Ducky Doo and the family of ducks, celebrate with a "Duck Wiggle and Wag".
