"The Crew Builds a Splash Park" is the first segment of the 14th episode in Season 1 of Rubble & Crew.
Summary
With their splash park plans in troubled waters, the pups have to get creative to cool down the town for the summer.

Synopsis
It's the first day of summer and Rubble and his cousins are chasing each other near their doghouses until they get overwhelmed from the heat. To cool down, they splash around in Motor's super tub until Mayor Greatway, who asks Rubble & Crew for ideas on keeping the citizens of Builder Cove cool, arrives with Mr. Ducky Doo on her bike. Mix is the first to come up with the idea of a splash park, which everyone else, including the mayor, agree with. After Mayor Greatway leaves to spread the word of their idea, Rubble & Crew suit up in their construction gear and head over to the Bark Screen, where they call Camila for a big sprinkler, settling on a sea monster one, which initially spooks Rubble. Due to the store selling it being across from the cove, Camila informs them that she'll bring it by boat later before hanging up. With that, Rubble & Crew load up on construction supplies and head out to the beach.
Once Rubble & Crew arrive, Wheeler unloads their supplies and goes over all the materials as Camila arrives in her boat with the sea monster, spooking Rubble again. However, as she pulls up to shore, the sea monster gets stuck between the rocks. Rubble comes up with an idea to lift the sea monster off the rocks with his bulldozer, along with Charger's assistance, but even the two together are not strong enough to lift the splash bark off the rocks. The two then regroup with the rest of the crew at the beach for another plan.
As they return, Mayor Greatway approaches, revealing that she and Mr. Ducky Doo are ready to supervise the park. Rubble and Charger reveal that it's stuck behind the rocks, which worries Mayor Greatway as she promised the citizens they'd be able to cool off by the end of the day. Fortunately, Mix comes up with the construction solution to bring the citizens over to the sea monster by building a pier and the crew quickly get to work to build it.
Once the pier is finished, Mix gives the splash park one of her makeovers with her spray blaster. Afterwards, the crew test out the park, which is fully functional and cheer as Mayor Greatway, followed by the citizens, thanks the pups for their work. While the citizens finally cool off in the splash park, the crew celebrate with a Wiggle and Wag as they go down the water slides.
