"The Crew Builds a Train Station" is the first segment of the 2nd episode in Season 2 of Rubble & Crew.
Summary
Rubble & Crew build the first train station in Builder Cove just in time to welcome Farmer Zoe's new cow Mooreen.

Synopsis
On their way to Farmer Zoe's farm, Rubble & Crew speculate what Farmer Zoe's new animal is until they arrive and are greeted by her and Truffles. Zoe reveals that her new barn animal is a cow named Mooreen, who will arrive later on Camila's train. However, after Mix notes there is no way for Mooreen to get down from the train car, Zoe begins to worry on how she will get her down safely. Fortunately, Rubble is quick to come up with a construction solution to build a train station with stairs for Mooreen to walk down and returns to the Bark Yard with the crew for construction supplies. On their way back to the farm, they come across Café Carl, who is pedaling his way to the train tracks outside town for an ice cream flavor called "Builder Co-co-coconut".
Once the pups return to Farmer Zoe's farm, the crew takes Mix's suggestion of designing the train station to look like Zoe's farm animals and get to work, making various farm animal jokes while doing so. Right after they finish, Camila pulls up into the newly-built station, and, after accidentally revealing a car full of Café Carl's ice cream, introduces the group to Mooreen, who refuses to go down the stairs. As an alternative, Rubble & Crew quickly build a ramp for her to go down instead, but after taking a slippery step, Mooreen remains inside the train car. Mix tries to make the ramp less slippery by spraying rubber onto it, but Mooreen still refuses to budge, worrying Camila, who still needs to deliver Café Carl's ice cream before it melts.
After Rubble raps to encourage Mooreen to go down the ramp, the group discovers that she is a dancing cow, giving Mix the idea to throw a dance party. The crew then build a dance floor near the train station, where Rubble begins to rap at his turntable. Mooreen finally goes down the ramp and boogies her way to the dance floor, allowing Camila to depart the station and deliver Café Carl his ice cream. Rubble & Crew, as well as Mooreen, celebrate another successful construction job with a "Wiggle and Wag". Afterwards, Farmer Zoe expresses her gratitude for her new cow and station to the pups just before Café Carl, who wanted to meet Mooreen, arrives with his new ice cream to share with everyone.
