"The Crew Builds a Wheelchair Ramp" is the second segment of the 13th episode in Season 1 of Rubble & Crew.
Summary
When Omar the Mail Carrier breaks his foot, it's up to the pups to make sure he can still deliver the mail.

Synopsis
It's a quiet day in the Bark Yard and the pups are sleeping in their doghouses until Mix runs about, excited for a new paint color she ordered called "Purple Razzle Blast", which Omar will deliver after his family basketball game. However, while showing off a move to his kids, Omar falls and injures his leg, seeking a doctor afterwards.
Meanwhile, back at the Bark Yard, Mix paces back and forth in anticipation while she waits for Omar atop the Mega Mixer until Rubble appears. The two, knowing Omar is always on time with his deliveries, begin to worry and agree to leave to check up on him. As they drive around Builder Cove, they pass by Shopkeeper Shelley, Grocer Gabriel, and Mayor Greatway, all of who are also waiting for their packages from Omar.
Outside of City Hall, Omar finally reappears in a wheelchair, explaining the situation with his leg to the pups. He then goes to deliver Mayor Greatway's package, but is unable to do so due to the inaccessibility of the stairs. To help, Mix offers to deliver the mail for him, but after he states that only a mail carrier can deliver it, she comes up with the idea to build a ramp for his wheelchair instead. With that, Rubble and Mix return to the Bark Yard to gather the rest of the crew and their supplies before heading back to City Hall.
After Omar shows the crew the perfect spot for the ramp, the crew get to work and build a wheelchair ramp. Once the ramp is complete, Omar is finally able to head inside City Hall, where he greets Mayor Greatway and delivers her package. With only one of many deliveries down, Omar worries how he will deliver the rest of the packages as the other buildings in town also lack a ramp. Fortunately, Rubble & Crew take on the task to build a ramp for both shops Omar needs to go to, allowing him to make his deliveries to Shopkeeper Shelley and Grocer Gabriel.
Once the deliveries are done, Omar, along with Rubble & Crew, head over to the Bark Yard, where he delivers his final package to Mix. As Omar departs to join his kids for another game of basketball, Mix mixes up her new paint color in the Mega Mixer and uses it to spray a mural on the basketball court. Afterwards, Rubble & Crew Wiggle and Wag with Omar, Lucas, and Lily.
