"The Crew Builds a Zip Line" is the second segment of the 17th episode in Season 1 of Rubble & Crew.
Summary
After meeting Park Ranger Rose, the pups get stuck on a nature trail! But with Rubble & Crew, there's always a construction solution.

Synopsis
Out in the woods, Rubble & Crew hop out of their vehicles and meet Rose, a disabled, yet energetic park ranger, who takes them on a nature hike, sharing her expertise on the plants and animals they pass by. As they near a river, the group see Crunchy and the beaver home the crew built for him before resuming their hike, unaware that he is following them until they cross a bridge over a canyon. After they get to the other side, Crunchy gnaws on the wooden beams supporting the bridge, causing it to fall apart and strand the group. Fortunately, Rubble & Crew come up with a construction solution to build a zip line.
After being called by Rubble, Auntie Crane, Grandpa Gravel and Motor arrive with supplies and meet Park Ranger Rose. Auntie Crane takes their end of the cable and secures it around a sturdy tree, which is clamped by Grandpa Gravel. Motor then uses her sledgehammer to swing the rest of the cable across the canyon to the other pups, allowing Mix to secure their end around a boulder, which is clamped by Wheeler.
Park Ranger Rose does a safety check before allowing each of the pups to zip line across the canyon, where they reunite with the rest of their family on the other side. Rose goes next, but pulls herself back after seeing Crunchy unable to use the zip line. She offers him a ride, but he runs away and cowers behind a boulder, prompting the pups to come up with another construction solution, in which they build a wooden beaver carrier.
Once the carrier is finished, Charger pushes it over to Park Ranger Rose, who, after Crunchy crawls inside, pushes it back over to the pups. She then zip lines to the other side and tells the crew how impressed she is with their work, and how much fun she had. To celebrate, the crew "Wiggle and Wag" with Rose and Crunchy, sharing a laugh together afterwards.
