When Mayor Greatway asks the pups to fix up a house for her Halloween party, they find out this house just might be haunted.

Synopsis

Out at the doghouses, as evening approaches, the pups watch Rubble add some spooky final touches to his turntable for Mayor Greatway's Halloween party right before she calls them on the Bark Screen. Dressed as a werewolf and addressing herself as Mayor Wolfway for the day, she tells the pups that the house, where she plans to host the Halloween party despite the stories of it being haunted, is in need of fixing. Though the crew accepts the job on Mix's behalf, Rubble worries the stories regarding the house being haunted are true.

At the spooky house, after Mayor Wolfway is frightened by Mr. Ducky Doo, who is still deciding on a costume to wear to the party, the crew arrive, all dressed in different costumes, which they show off to the two. In order to keep the party safe for the guests, Mayor Wolfway requests that the crew fix the stairs, noisy, cranky pipes, and the broken shutters of the house. Before she departs, she reminds them not to worry about the stories relating to the house being haunted, which only reignites Rubble's fears.

As soon as the pups enter the spooky house, they hear strange noises coming from upstairs. Rubble reluctantly agrees to investigate, but as soon as he takes a step, it breaks. After Wheeler notices that all of the stairs are broken and deems them unsafe for the party, the crew work together to fix them with Motor and Wheeler taking apart the old steps, Rubble and Charger replacing them with new ones, and Mix nailing them down.

Once the crew finish repairing the stairs, they head up to investigate the strange noise. Rubble runs ahead and, after startling the crew, reveals that the noise was coming from one of the broken shutters of the house outside. With the mysterious sound resolved, the crew head out and repair the rest of the broken shutters. However, just as they finish, there is another sudden spooky sound coming from within the house, scaring Rubble.

After being reassured by Charger and Mix that the sound is most likely coming from the pipes, Rubble and the crew return inside and follow the sound to a wall. Motor uses her hammer to smash a hole in the wall, believing the source to be a ghost, but as Mix stated earlier, it is revealed to be the pipes, which is also the final task Mayor Wolfway requested the pups to fix earlier.

Thanks to the hole Motor made, the pups are able to re-tighten the bolts to the pipes before fixing the wall, only to hear another mysterious sound coming from the house. With all the broken things now repaired, the crew finally believe the house to be haunted and run away from a shadow that follows them until the reach a dead end. As they turn around, Mayor Wolfway returns and reveals that the "ghost" chasing them was none other than Mr. Ducky Doo, who finally found a costume for the party.

After Mayor Wolfway thanks the pups for the repairs, the crew finish setting out the decorations for the party just before she welcomes the guests inside. Rubble then kicks the party off with a rap before joining the crew with a celebratory Halloween monster "Wiggle and Wag".
