Synopsis
Out in the Bark Yard, while the crew are using the Mega Mixer to create cement, Rubble asks Wheeler to bring them more materials. However, as Wheeler brings them over, his vehicle slips over an oil spill from a tipped over oil can. To make the oil less slippery, Grandpa Gravel has Charger grab and dump a few bags of sand over the spill.
After Wheeler drives over the sand without slipping, the crew receive a call on the Bark Screen from Mayor Greatway, who announces Mayor Picture Day and asks if the crew can build her a nice chair to sit in for the picture. Charger suggests she do something more exciting to show off her daredevil personality instead, giving Mix the idea to build two giant ramps for a stunt jump so that she can have her photo taken midair. Satisfied with the idea, Mayor Greatway informs the pups that her picture must be taken today and that she is going to spread the word of her jump to the residents of Builder Cove. With that, the crew load up on supplies and head out to Main Street, where they quickly work together to build two giant ramps.
Once the ramp is finished, Mix gives it the final touch by painting it with her spray blaster. Right after she finishes, Mayor Greatway arrives on her bike for a test jump and drives over the newly-painted ramp, lumping the wet paint together. Mix reassures her that she can repaint it, but Rubble mentions that it needs to be cleaned first. Wheeler suggests she uses one of her soap blends, which she activates and sprays out from her mixer by pressing a button. However, as she cleans the ramp, Wingsy the Eagle flies over and presses the same button numerous times, causing the mixer to spray bubbles all over Builder Cove, which not only makes the roads slippery, but also moves one of the giant ramps, crashing it into a building.
Wheeler attempts to use his street sweeper brushes to clean the bubbles, but the road is too slippery for him to clean. After he reports the situation to the crew, Mix remembers the sand they used to cover the oil spill from earlier, and the crew make a slippery return to the Bark Yard to retrieve more sand, only to see that it has been covered in bubbles as well.
After learning from Grandpa Gravel that the Bark Yard is fresh out of sand, the crew create more by smashing a large rock brought in by Charger numerous times with the Smash Masher, which Rubble scoops and loads up into Wheeler's truck. Wheeler then drives and distributes a path of sand throughout Builder Cove, covering the bubbles and providing the citizens with solid footing.
Once all the bubbles and sand are cleaned up and the crew rebuild the damaged ramp, Mix repaints it with a design of Mayor Greatway and Mr. Ducky Doo. Mayor Greatway, in front of the residents, including the crew, then performs her jump, which Rubble takes a picture of as she is in midair.
Back at City Hall, the photo of Mayor Greatway and Mr. Ducky Doo riding her bike midair is framed and hung on the wall. Mayor Greatway thanks the crew for their work before joining them, along with Mr. Ducky Doo, with a celebratory Wiggle and Wag, sharing a laugh afterwards.
