"Ultimate Rescue: Pups Save the Opening Ceremonies" is the first segment of the 25th episode in Season 6 of PAW Patrol.
Summary
Marshall leads the pups when an underground fire threatens the opening ceremonies in this Ultimate Fire Rescue.

Synopsis
It all begins where Mayor Goodway tells Chickaletta that the citizens are ready for the Adventure Bay games. Farmer Yumi is training for the Gymnastics competition, Mr. Porter is training for the weightlifting, Francois and Cap'n Turbot are also practicing for the synchronized diving. Mayor Goodway commended all of them and tells there is enough time to prepare for the Adventure Bay games. Horatio and Francois are arguing about their event. At the Lookout, Chase and Skye are playing Long Jump with Rocky planting the flag and declared Skye the winner. Zuma, Rubble and Marshall are playing Hurdles. Rubble compares their backyard games to the Adventure Bay games and Marshall said it also gets them in shape and they run it again.
Mayor Goodway and Chickaletta are at the shade of the General Grover tree which she stated that it is the perfect site of the opening ceremonies. Ms. Marjorie is doing a trial run while carrying the Adventure Bay Flame. Mayor Goodway reminds her to be careful, Ms. Marjorie said she was practicing until she tripped and throws the torch in the gopher hole. Mayor Goodway picked the torch and the torch has no flame in it. Mayor Goodway said no harm done but Maynard noticed the smokes from the holes and Mayor Goodway evacuated the area and calls the PAW Patrol.
Ryder cheers the pups and received the call that they will handle it. And they geared up in an ultimate fire rescue. Ryder orders Marshall to lead the team and they head to Adventure Bay Sports Park.
At the Sports park Marshall tells them that it could be a root fire. Mayor Goodway tells them how the situation came to be. Chase uses his heat scanner to scan the roots and the flame is heading for the tree. Marshall orders Zuma to spray the ground to prevent fire reaching the tree while Skye scouts the air for fire while Rubble digs up the root to extinguish the embers. Mayor Goodway declared the opening ceremonies continued.
The Athletes continued to warm up until Francois noticed the smoke and Skye confirms it. Chase sees the fire and Ryder tells them to stop the fire but Rubble said they cannot dig tree roots and Zuma noticed a gopher gets out of the hole. Giving an idea to use the tunnels to generate fire. Ryder and Rocky lure the gophers out with treats. Chase scans the area for gophers and gives Marshall the all clear. Marshall guides the gopher out and begins to use the hoses to extinguish the fire underground. Horatio give the all clear. Chase scanned and Skye checked the air and the smoke is clear. Mayor Goodway then declared the Adventure Bay games can begin and asks Marshall to lit the cauldron in honor of saving the Adventure bay games. But Marshall has another idea to use the flame.
As Mayor of Adventure Bay, Mayor Goodway declared the Adventure Bay games formally open and Marshall pushed the pump making the Adventure Bay Games cauldron into a water fountain. Mayor Goodway commended Marshall about the use of the cauldron and thanked the PAW Patrol for saving the games. And the gopher takes a shower leaving a laugh on everyone.
