Victoria Vance's Observatory serves as her hideout. It appears abandoned but inside adorns technology installed. Victoria uses an area to create a meteor magnet and use its power to get the meteor for herself. But her actions caused her to get arrested. But when she returned after escaping prison with the help of Mayor Humdinger and stealing Skye's crystal, she uses her powers to amplify the powers of her meteor magnet. Skye infiltrates the lair but got captured after the fight after Victoria trapped her in a force field and sent her to a computer cage and locked her in there as well as taking the other power crystals that she was using, in which Mayor Humdinger gloats and takes one of the crystals from Victoria, destroying a partial area due to the powers. After Humdinger is defeated, the Observatory serves as the final arena between Victoria and the PAW Patrol for the fate of Adventure City. Rubble and Liberty uses their powers to destroy the meteor magnet, which also destroys the building as well.
