Victoria Vance's Observatory serves as Vance's hideout. It appears abandoned but inside adorns technology installed. She uses an area to create a meteor magnet and use its power to get the meteor for herself. But her actions caused her to get arrested. But when she returned she uses her powers to amplify the powers of her meteor magnet. Skye infiltrates the lair but got captured after the dog fight and sent to her cell. In which Mayor Humdinger gloats and takes the crystal destroying a partial area due to the powers. After Humdinger is defeated, The Observatory serves as the final arena between Victoria Vance and the PAW Patrol for the fate of Adventure City.
