The water snakes are two of Francois' pets in "Pups Save the Critters". Francois told Marshall that they are water snakes after he used his hose to get them.

Appearance
The snakes look a lot like Francois' other snakes, the mama snake, and the snake Tracker dealt with, except they're red instead of green.
