Winnie Winnington is a show-woman who has won every contest she has ever entered prior to the events of the series. She only appears during competitions just so she can win and add to her collection of awards.
Personality
Winnie is shown to have a low-opinion on everyone around her. In "Pups Save a Runaway Rooster", she badmouths Mayor Goodway, Chickaletta, and even Adventure Bay itself. She even constantly misnames the PAW Patrol and its members, though it appears that this was simply from a lack of intelligence, as she seems grateful for when they save her. She is also very arrogant as she believes she can win anything without fail. She even hates tying with others as shown in "Pups Save a Shiny Ride". However, Winnie does care about her animals and is always worried when they go missing.
Appearance
Winnie is a suntanned-skinned woman with a medium built, platinum-blonde hair kept in a bob style, and sports makeup which consists of magenta lipstick and coral blush. She also has light brown eyes, which are covered by her black shades with thin golden rims that she always wore, though in the one episode she shows without them. Her outfit consists of a magenta-beaded necklace with three blue pendants in the shape of a triangle, a circle, and a square. She wears a yellow cardigan, a deep-purple belt with a golden buckle, magenta dress pants, and a pair of dark blue kitten-heels.
